Building Project Update
Great news on all fronts! Since our last update, another €5,000 has been raised, bringing our total to an impressive €376,067. We’ve also added a new organisation to the list of funders we’re approaching as we continue to work toward the remaining €140,000 needed for Phase 2 – the internal completion of the building.
Our crowdfunding campaign has been extended until the end of the year and now stands at €8,785. Every little bit really does make a difference, so please keep sharing and spreading the word — your support is what keeps this project moving.
Thanks to some fantastic weather, construction has been steaming ahead. The building is now watertight, which means internal work can continue whatever the weather brings. The roof is nearly finished, the underfloor heating is in and cemented over, and the cladding is going up beautifully. Inside, walls are being fitted, and soon we’ll see windows and doors going in. Once that’s done, the electricians and plumbers will get to work bringing everything to life.
And a little milestone worth celebrating — the scoreboard and clock integration is now complete!
As for what’s next, the timeline for Phase 2 will depend on how funding progresses, but the kitchen and bathrooms are still at the top of the priority list.
If you’d like to help us keep the momentum going, please share our campaign or make a contribution through our crowdfunding page — every donation helps us take another practical step forward.
