The proposal includes two fully functional changing rooms, a kitchen and room for officials. These will be positioned around a large central area capable of seating teams and spectators.
A further area at the back can be used as a meeting room.
It makes the pavilion a true ‘home’ for all including cricketers, footballers, and softball players as well as for other sporting and social events which take place on the playing field.
A local Architect is working Pro Bono with the project team and is designing and has secured planning consent for the new pavilion. We are making minor adaptations to the design, to help accommodate the growing number of girls and ladies playing Cricket.
